Northeast Natural Energy is a West Virginia owned and operated oil and gas exploration and production company focused on the responsible development of the Marcellus Shale. Northeast has a proven track record of deliberate and efficient development of the assets it acquires.

SURFACE OWNERS

Northeast Natural Energy requires surface easements for roads, sites, and other facilities related to development. All surface activities adhere to stringent safety protocols and comprehensive environmental protection. We always work with landowners to either avoid or minimize surface disturbance during development.

LEASING AND SELLING

As part of the development process, Northeast Natural Energy identifies mineral estates and relevant ownership. You will be contacted by a Land Agent representing our company if it is determined you own minerals of interest. The Agent will then present you with market terms for selling or leasing your Oil and Gas rights.

It is important to notify Northeast Natural Energy of changes in ownership or changes in address. Please submit changes to landadmin@nne-llc.com.
