| Summary | At approximately 4:30 AM, on April 29th, 2017, NES was operating wireline on the Northeast Natural Energy Kassay location. NES employee was breaking down setting tool and while trying to expose piston, encountered trapped pressure, which caused the tool to not stroke. NES employee tried to make tool stroke by slamming the tool on surface containment, and while in the process, got finger pinched in the setting tool. Employee later sought medical attention at local ER. |
