| Summary | While changing filters Roberts hand got stuck between cap and lock down bar. He had bruising and skin abrasion. First aid was administered. He was taken to DR and it was reported as just bruising and sore. No work was missed. |
| Witness Statement | While working to assist Nick form NNE and learning to change filters on the Kassay Pad, I was injured in the process of threading the end cap back on. I was pushing from the bottom with my right hand and as I pushed off one of the ears that hold the ratcheting mechanism into place my hand slipped off shooting past the hook on the ear which caught the meat of my palm pushing my hand into get crushed. Nick and I backed off the cap where Nick proceeded to check on me and provide me with a cold pack to try to mitigate the swelling and figure out what to do after. |
