| Summary | While driving on Shuman road I had the trailer with side by side behind me. Topped over the hill and saw the road was a sheet of ice. I was able to stop the truck and placed truck in park and set the park brake, but when I let off the brake the truck started sliding forward ( i was going to install my chains). due to truck still sliding I put truck in neutral and eased down the hill as I went down the trailer started pushing the back of the truck around and caused the truck to go sideways and jackknife in the road, a tree caught the trailer and stopped everything. The road was a sheet of ice . |
